Delivery coverage tool

Enhanced and now own the geofencing tool used to design delivery zones, adding AI for zone editing, merchant history and before-and-after impact analysis.

The context

At Snoonu, delivery zones (geofences) decide which merchants can deliver to which areas. Badly drawn zones mean long drives and late orders.

What I did

    Took over the delivery coverage tool and the process around it.

  2. 02

    Added AI features for editing zones, looking up each merchant's history, and comparing results before and after every change.

  3. 03

    Redesigned zones with those numbers instead of guesswork.

The result

Average delivery time dropped by over 4 minutes, and I was named Snoonu Champion in August 2026.
